A business is only as good as it's people. Saying that, my interaction with Cathy Vickerd makes me feel that this company is great. She wants the best for her community and goes above and beyond.

I am a new customer to the store and reached out first on the phone to see if they carried a product that a competitor doesn't carry as normal stock. They had lots on hand. When I drove behind the store to pick up the product, everyone was nice. Shout out to Brian R, who has helped me with two orders now. Also want to give a shout-out to Jacob and Tyler, who delivered all the construction material to my house and carried it all inside. I am amazed that a company will still carry things inside, so thank you! It was raining and cold when the material was being delivered, but there were no complaints from Jacob and Tyler. I hope your experience will be as good as mine.

I received an urgent message from a customer needing a quick build. I contacted Deb McClung for an $800+ order and she had it ready and delivered to my store in less than 24 hours. My client is extremely grateful and I cannot say enough about how professional and helpful Deb was! Exemplary service!! All the more reason to shop locally!
