Great experience at Direct Muffler! They used a smoke test to diagnose a gas leak on my 2019 Jetta that was triggering the engine light. They found the issue was a bad charcoal canister and replaced it quickly. The price was very fair for the work, and the light is now gone. Professional, accurate, and trustworthy.
Willie and the team at Direct Muffler, who handled the performance modifications on the exhaust of my Mini Cooper JCW, were fantastic to deal with. Willie was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions. Dan and Jordan were friendly, patient, and supportive throughout the process—even with all of my overthinking! They worked with me to come up with great Plan B options and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Excellent customer service, quality workmanship, and a team that genuinely cares. Highly recommend! 10/10 experience!
Derek and team are amazing! They are always quick to fit us in, let us know what's wrong and fix it based on the estimate. I trust them completely! Thank you so much for your hard, honest work! I will always recommend you!
