I came in to get my mom's car get fixed when we heard a loud exhaust noise. Bunch of mechanics told me that I had to replace the catalytic converter, or there was some other issues with the car and quoted me a lot of money. I went to direct muffler, they quickly figured out what was the issue, replaced the exhaust within half hour and quoted me a lot less than what other mechanics would of charged me. I will definitely come back here to get my car services done.
Brought my Toyota there the other day. Made the appointment two weeks in advance. Confirmed by text. On schedule, took my car in, told me what it needed 30 minutes later and fixed it within an hour and a half before lunch break. It might be 18-years old but my car runs like a dream after the new catalytic convertor and resonator was installed by the Cornwall Muffler team. Price was good too. Highly recommend this shop. They run a tight ship.
