Recently, I noticed a loud noise while braking, and called City Radiator this morning to see if they were able to check out what was wrong. Luckily, they had room and were able to take me in immediately! Turns out my rear brake pads were completely worn out, so I had to get those replaced, as well as the rear brake
rotors. They completed the work quickly (took about 2 hours), and charged a very reasonable price! Would highly recommend :)
Review from my friend:
I went to City Radiator to try to get an appointment to check the a/c in my Hyundai late Thursday afternoon. Teresa at reception said she would try to fit me in on Friday morning. I was impressed already by her telling me that I would get a call whether there was room for me or not. I received a call by 08:30 and Dennis, the mechanic, assessed the situation. He was very thorough explaining what was wrong and repaired only what was required. The shop is immaculate. The service is excellent. The staff is personable, and I would return to this garage as my first choice.
I was referred to this garage by a family member and it was the best decision I made. Brought in my Lexus to replace brake pads and rotors plus tire change and the service was excellent. They were able to call me and explain what was the issues and how to save money and they were very transparent. Labour rate was reasonable and was able to drive away with a peace of mind. Thank you.
Will be referring friends and family. Great customer service.
