i will be recommending this place to absolutely everyone in my life. took my car in for a repair today, and they discovered the problem was so bad that it would make more sense at this point to get a new car. they were kind, honest, professional. so unbelievably kind. i tried to hold it together but was very obviously crying between receiving the call & arriving there, and they didn’t even charge me for the exam. they made a truly awful day a little better. i can’t express how much i appreciate them. when i can afford to get a new car i will absolutely be coming back. thank you again, so so much
First of all let me say I am a woman. I wanted to say I have never been treated better by these gentlemen, especially the owner, mechanic who went above and beyond, constantly explaining the process and what does what and why. They carefully provided the most competetive prices that are available in not only Cornwall but all of Stormont County. The coffee in the waiting area was outstanding and they offered to share their lunch, a pizza from Riverside, with me. I can't believe the service I received from these outstanding gentleman. I will be recommending this place to all of my girlfriends.
