Recently, I bought a new phone. The staff, particularly Will, was very patient, helpful, and knowledgeable. I really like my new phone and also appreciate the welcoming store environment.

Damian was very helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. His shift ended at 6pm however he stayed late to complete the sale and provide wonderful customer service. Thank you Damian for all of your help!

I just picked up a TV here this morning and the service was perfect. I interacted with 4 staff members (1 from the Geek Squad.) Everybody was super professional and helpful. Nice and easy experience and they were able to direct me to other items I needed in the store. Thanks Best Buy team. Made my bad day alot better.Edit: I had to to bring the product back due to a defect. Quick and painless and the guy who I assume was the manager was quick thinking and helped everything go smoothly!
