Once again Team Baker comes through with top notch service from initial report of problem with gas powered fireplace to problem solved with gas powered fireplace.
Joe was a courteous , professional and knowledgeable tech. You definitely want these guys in your starting line up!! Would give them 6 stars but only allowed 5!!

I'm adding to this review because Baker just installed a new furnace at our place. 100% professionals! They rolled out carpets (yes, they were red), and tarps all through the house where they had to walk. They left no mess at all and our new furnace is running beautifully! I highly recommend this company.
My elderly parents furnace stopped working on Friday afternoon. I placed a call to the service department and within an hour a technician was at their home. He determined the problem and had it fixed in a short period of time. The whole process from start to finish took approx 3hrs. Amazing service for a last minute call on a Friday afternoon. This definitely put both my parents and my mind at ease with the cold weather rolling in. This is not the first time that they have received exceptional service from this company. The technicians are also so professional and patient with my parents who struggle with communicating properly.
