I called the company for a chandelier hung in my dining room.Joan gave me a price upfront. neil came out to hang my chandelier.The change was too short.Neil did a great job of solving the issue. I am tickled pink with my new chandelier. Omg! love it. The customer service from Neiland Joan we're outstanding.
