I called to let them know one of their drivers was travelling on Hwy 10, then on the 410. Constantly doing 20 KM over the speed limit and worst in the left lane too close to someone if they did not move over. I asked for a call back to see if they spoke to the driver, I had the licence and bus number and time. No call back I guess they don't care about customer safety. I will NEVER take this coach line, my life is too important to me.

Made an appointment a week before and no one showed up...no call no apologies. I guess their time is more valuable than their prospective clients. This is definitely not a professional way to do business.

The managment and customer service are absurd, an absolute joke. Would never expect this sort of disrespect and disorganization from any business. Don't expect to ever be helped should you have problems or complaints -I've been getting ignored by the manager for 2 weeks and counting and his staff has been dismissive and insulting. On a positive note the actual drivers are very kind and professional.
