I came in to get my back break pads changed because the computer in my car advised me to do so. Upon inspection I was pleased when I was told that my breaks were in good working order. I was not too surprised because the car was just purchased 8 months ago. What did surprise me though was their honesty. They could have easily replaced my break pads and charged me accordingly (their price to have replaced was the lowest of all the places that I had spoken to) but instead all they advised me to fix was the broken censor wire that was giving me the false reading about my break pads. I am very grateful to Idan and Alan for fixing my car. My front spring and strut broke suddenly, and Idan fixed it very fast. I thought it will be very expensive repair, but it was not. It was all reasonable and fast. He checked everything, saved one of the parts in the suspension which also saved $ for me. When I spoke with Idan, I understood that he is a very detailed, professional and responsible mechanic. I came to fix a leaking tire on my van, let me say that I had the absolute professionalism honest and knowledgeable vibe from Allan and Idan.Unlike other shops Allan and Idan were never pushing for me to get new tires, they explained all of the details pertaining to my tires and gave me recommendations for next time.I also had an issue with my windows not working properly and Idan had fixed the issue at ease.Thank you again Idan and Allan, see you on my next scheduled services for my van.
