Good afternoon. The last time I went to this store, I encountered incompetent personnel. First, they weren't able to give me the correct price for the products. Second, they didn't give me the correct price. It took me too long to issue my payment, and I missed an appointment because of that issue. If they don't have well-trained staff, I recommend they continue training them. Of course, I'm a frequent customer.

A big thank you to Prosol for hosting the Inspector Training Course Apr. 17 -20th 2023. The training room they provided worked perfectly. It was an excellent facility, clean, airy and properly equipped with all the teaching and training aids.. The Prosol staff we encountered were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Thanks for the abundant supply of coffee. Kudos to Prosol for caring about the flooring industry and helping to make it better educated, trained and proffessional industry!
