After looking at hundreds of small samples and looking at every quartz countertop manufacturer online, it was apparent MSI had some of the very best products out there. I made a trip to the show room to see the full slabs in person and was so glad I did. It confirmed my original choice was the right one and now I am ordering Calacatta Arno for my kitchen new build.A big thank you to Maria who was so helpful, knowledgeable and generous with her time, guiding me around the warehouse and vey happy to assist and advise. Maria made my visit to MSI such a pleasurable experience.

Wonderful experience from the moment we walked in. The showroom is gorgeous with many selections of quartz and tiles. Our salesperson, Maria, was very friendly and made the process of choosing products easy with her knowledge and assistance. Excellent service….thanks Maria.

I was referred to this location from a company in Barrie. They told me that I can view the slabs at a company called MSI in the Vaughan location. So my wife and I decided to pay this place a visit. We were greeted by an amazing associate by the name of Maria. She had us check in and walked up into the warehouse that had all the slabs displayed. Maria went above and beyond for us with all the different products, and her customer service was impeccable. We originally went in to view countertops… but ended up looking into flooring as well. What an amazing experience.
