Overall, an excellent experience from start to finish. I worked with Sean at KDL, and he was incredibly knowledgeable and professional in every aspect of his trade. We had a couple of items installed on our front door at our downtown property, and the quality of the workmanship was exceptional. Everything was installed with great care, precision, and attention to detail.
Sean truly knows his craft. He took the time to clearly explain everything, answered all of our questions, communicated extremely well throughout the process, and left the entire work area spotless when he was finished.

Teddy and Sharon provided great service! I had a multipoint lock that was stuck and he fixed it within a day of dropping it off and had it installed with my new handles without any issues! Highly recommend!
