I have no idea why this company has such a low rating, my experience was excellent.
This company was recommended by my condo management so I overlooked the bad reviews. They were one of only two HVAC service companies that would actually come to downtown Toronto to perform service on a ceiling-mounted unit, I tried many.
Booking the appointment was a little difficult due to the Christmas holidays, mine was not an emergency so I was flexible on timing allowing them to move my appointment once for another emergency.

We have used HAM in our condo for many years and they always provide a positive experience. HAM provides same day service, for HVAC and plumbing services. Their staff provide quality, knowledgeable and trustworthy service. Tyson, Paul and Jason are always available to answer questions and help.

My Condo Coronation uses them. I am going through insurance to deal with a flood in my unit. Needed Plummer to come out to determine if it was a dishwasher or plumbing problem. Arrived on time and was very friendly & courteous. Found out it is a Condo issue and is working to fix it immediately. I would not hesitate to use them again.
