We had the pleasure of dealing with Parvaneh while searching for the perfect electric fireplace for our home renovation. She was recommended to us through our contractor and he was right about her. We had researched products/prices and when we met, we were grateful to have all our questions answered with no sales pressure. The customer service and fair prices were excellent which lead us to buying a second fireplace for our basement. I have hired GTA Heating & AC (Mike) for various installation and fixes. They are professional, knowledgeable and respectful. I am very happy with them. Their prices are competitive as well. Last weekend, my furnace stopped working on a Saturday night. I called Mike who FaceTimed with me (during his personal and dinner time). He walked me through steps to figure out what to do. He asked me to read the fault code. He researched it and then came back to me. We tried different things and we fixed it. He did not charge me any money. He is an honest man that is knowledgeable with his business. I highly recommend him.
