My AC stopped working so I called Elite since the previous owner used them to install and service the HVAC. The tech did a quick diagnosis (less than 20 minutes) and concluded the air handler controller needs to be replaced. He then stayed inside his van for almost 30 minutes. I came to check what was going on and heard him talking to other customers. He then told me they didnt have the part in stock and needed to order from manufacturer. Given the fact that they charge a travel fee ($120) and an hourly rate, it is very unprofessional.
