Called Sales department asking if they sell fence posts. They informed me that they only sell complete fencing. Had no idea where they get posts from or any type of referral/direction to do that. I’m just a Dad looking to buy 4-6 14ft fence post for a diy batting cage.

She was rude, and made a point to tell me she wasn’t helping me. Even to tell me they purchase locally or in the US would have been enough to help me. Nice customer service 👎. Look elsewhere, they are in it for the wrong reasons.

I have just read the review the lady wrote for this company. This company have done only good work for me, I have used them on numerous occasions as it’s a family owned business that really stands behind their work and their products. I always say you can’t please everyone, but I am pretty sure they did their absolute best to accommodate and rectify whatever issue she may have had with them.
