I visited yesterday, again.
I'm an IT Professional by trade. I am writing this review as a thank you to the excellent staff and manager who work at this location. Most often, they know exactly what they're talking about - and if they are unsure about something or require further clarification, they will admit it. They are resourceful, very polite, and eager to help you find exactly what you're looking for. Let's just say I'm impressed... and glad this location is close to where I reside.
Ray was amazing!! fixed my issue so fast and had such a nice convo all throughout. already found the problem with my pc really fast and i can go home with a fully working pc! thank you!!!
Had to exchange my laptop due to a singular dead pixel. The exchange process went by super quickly: they identified the problem and made the exchange very swiftly. Super friendly customer service rep had a pleasant time there
