Alan did a great job in helping me with a needed battery change on my Google Pixel 5 cell phone. My phone's battery had been progressively worsening, and I was told by some others that it would be difficult to take apart, but Alan looked up the repair specs and said it could be done.
As the screen had to removed to access the battery there was some risk of screen damage in doing the job.
Alan was professional, friendly, and discussed the risks better than many doctors. He also went the extra mile to check a few settings on my phone relating to battery drain, and confirmed the battery issue before proceeding.
