Alan was the most professional sounding of the four places I reached out to with regards to replacing a broken phone screen. He detailed what he needed from me, the cost & the timeframe, that it was better to set up an appointment rather than drop in and all was handled very quickly, politely and again, the most professional in his approach. He was on time to meet with me and the phone was ready exactly when he said it would be. He gave me some tips and pointers and was extremely polite and pleasant to deal with. I would definitely recommend him!
