I just moved to Collingwood and had an emergency with my cat. From my very first interaction with the clinic the tech was very understanding and empathetic. They fit me in within 2 hours of my request. The receptionist was very welcoming and efficient. Dr Meg was amazing and took the time to explain everything to me in detail. It was very clear to me she loved animals and that it was more than a paycheck for her.
