Had a great experience taking our foster dog to Collingwood Veterinary Services this week. They were able to see us same day, and all the staff we came into contact with were friendly, professional and efficient. The vet (Dr Krizmanich) asked all the pertinent questions and the issue was thankfully minor and resolved quickly. Dr Krizmanich also offered some helpful advice after looking at the dog's vetting information. Much appreciated!
Our 3 and a half year old toy poodle became ill.When we arrived a lovely vet tech took the history and we were seen promptly by Dr Kaitlyn.
From the first phone call making the appointment to the receptionist’s warm greeting to the excellent and friendly and professional care we received by Dr Kaitlyn - we couldn’t have asked for better.
I love this vet service, everyone is so nice. They are all about your furbaby. She put my mind at ease and was able to have answers for me quite quickly and now my Charlie is doing so much better. Changing vets to them was the best thing I could do. Thank you
