Show up at least 1.5hr before open time. I showed up super early, and got out before an hour after they open. Great staff, very helpful and kind. One note, bring cash. Didn't know it was cash only, it is good that theres an ATM at the hospital, but wish I knew before it was cash only to begin with. Luckily, the woman at the front kept my spot, as I went to get cash to pay before I was seen. Doctor was great, and I got a referral to the hospital to finish what I needed, no appt needed there so that is helpful. Overall great
Most pleasant walk-in experience I’ve had in the last 25 years. I was lucky there was virtually no wait, however once inside—the receptionist was friendly and professional and the doctor had great tableside manor while asking purposeful questions.
There’s nothing more they could do to improve my experience, and I appreciate that their walk in is a true walk in— not something you can access via a paid subscription.
I went to the Collingwood After Hours Medical Clinic on Monday November 17, and recevied very good service from the clinic staff and Dr Brady Nichols. I had been suffering from covid/flu. the waiting queue was longish, but I got treatment and prescritpion in reasonable timing. many thanks to clinic and Dr Nichols.
