We have been super happy with the service. Was it Tracy taking our call with courtesy, Richard coming by and giving us suggestions in how to prep for the install, and Britton doing a fabulous install; everything was seemless, clean and done on time before our staff Christmas party. Highly responsive and professional, very knowledgable and efficient. We called Sunday morning and they picked up on the first ring. A plumber was here in less than 30 minutes and fixed our broken sump pump. No water in the basement, and quieter operation! This company is my go-to for plumbing in The Blue Mountains!

We hired Baymount Plumbing to install a new dishwasher. Matt and Connor arrived on time and did a great job. I had a bit of an unconventional installation setup and they were very helpful in ultimately recommending the best path forward. Good experience overall!
