I communicated with Dhillon at Rough Ride and obtained a price to supply and install a new muffler on my vehicle. I was provided, very quickly, with a tax in total to do the job. I suggested a date and time to bring in my vehicle and, I was easily accommodated. When I arrived on the appointed date, I was immediately greeted. I left my vehicle and went nearby for breakfast. As I was finishing eating, I was telephoned to say that my vehicle was ready for pickup. Again, I was immediately greeted, paid the bill that thoroughly summarized the work, and was provided my key. So far as my first time into garage in stayner l was satisfied with my experience and l know every first experience one gets in aplace is agood impression one receive from aplace ,lknow good things and good customer care services awaits many of us in this amazing garage thank you.

I called the shop with a problem with my driver's door and even though they were fully booked up Dillon managed to fit me in and solved the problem. Great service. Knowledgable, dedicated and fun employees. Very clean shop. Will definitely be going back, as needed. Would have no problem recommending this company to anyone.
