Called Rough Ride Automotive in the late morning to ask if they could get my vehicle in for an alignment that day. They said yes bring it in after it was repaired and they would get it in before the end of the day. I took it there around 2pm and it was finished before 3:30 pm. Polite and friendly staff, offered drinks and snacks while I waited on their clean customer area. Definitely will go back and will recommend to anyone looking for a place to service their cars and trucks.
Amazing Customer Service for my first time! I had an undercover fall off of my car and needed it put back on. Showed up without an appt and also mentioned to check my tire pressure. Not only did they reattach my undercover but found a nail in my tire & fixed it as well all in under an hour. Was very pleased and will be back for my oil changes & seasonal checkups!
I communicated with Dhillon at Rough Ride and obtained a price to supply and install a new muffler on my vehicle. I was provided, very quickly, with a tax in total to do the job. I suggested a date and time to bring in my vehicle and, I was easily accommodated. When I arrived on the appointed date, I was immediately greeted. I left my vehicle and went nearby for breakfast. As I was finishing eating, I was telephoned to say that my vehicle was ready for pickup. Again, I was immediately greeted, paid the bill that thoroughly summarized the work, and was provided my key.
