Where do I start? I hired Cochrane Construction and Renovation to add a MAJOR addition to our existing home. I had lived through renovations before but nothing of this scale. Not to mention that this was when my kids were doing virtual school at home. It was pleasure having Cochrane’s team here each day. They are genuinely kind, trustworthy and are the hardest working crew around. We are extremely happy with our completed house. Fast forward to one year later and I have hired their team AGAIN, but this time to renovate a commercial property that I also own. I now understand the meaning and importance of having an experienced General Contractor. Once their team took over my project, the speed of the work escalated very quickly! I will definitely hire Cochrane Construction and Renovation again in the future if and when we have more work to be done.
