Unfortunately, I recently experienced a home disaster involving raw sewage. However, I was fortunate enough to be taken care of by a company my insurance company referred for the clean-up. My experience with Superior Restoration of Cobourg has been ALL positive, right from the initial contact. They showed up within a few hours after the disaster on a Saturday of all days. unfortunately its a shame as I have watched a family member deal with you for a little while, I would not be putting up with the lack of urgency, or disrespect of the workers in their home. Its a shame because about a year ago my father used you in a crises and you were incredible, I dont know what has changed with your company, However the change I see is not in your business best interest. Perhaps its because one was paid out of pocket while the other is insurance related not sure. Regardless what I have seen this time around is sub par, perhaps your company has taken on more work then they can do in timely manner?
