I had the absolute best customer service experience at this particular H & R Block location. Melissa took care of me and did an amazing job. She had my taxes done within a couple days and I had years of taxes to file. She was fantastic and went above and beyond. I’ll be returning to this location for sure.

Have been using this service for more than a decade and I always feel good about the experience. 2021 was no exception. Due to covid, just dropped everything off and got the good news next day.

Beth is an awesome tax expert. She worked very hard for me, all while wearing a smile. She got me a rather large refund and I can’t thank her enough. I’ll Always use H&R Block for my taxes.
