Genedco Property Management Inc. offers excellent service, helping clients transition to rental living smoothly. Their staff is noted for being timely and competent in addressing issues, creating a positive experience for clients. However, there was a concern regarding customer service during a recent event, where assistance was not available. Overall, Genedco is recognized for its support, particularly from staff members.
Gemnedco has provided excellent service for me. I recently left the world of home ownership, to enter into the rental market. Barb Gordon, at Genedco, has managed to find me an amazing place to live! Further, Barb gets things done! Anytime there is any kind of issue, it gets dealt with in a timely and competent manner. I could not be happier with the services provided by Genedco and their staff!
I am a condo board member in Cobourg. This company is terrible. Never answering any concerns of our condo board or owners in the past 6 months. Complete silence. Staff members quitting frequently.Cathy Fobert
I have lived in a condo managed by Genedco Property Management for over 4 years. In that time I have had nothing but good service, good communication and excellent co-operation from all of the staff who go out of their way to do what they can to help.
