We purchased a DuraVent DuraPlus Canada 2 Chimney system from Canadian Tire only to find out that they do not carry the 2 foot section to go through the wall and would not order it as they have no listing. I spoke to Dan Twomey at your Cobourg location and he did his best to try and source this part directly from DuraVent with no luck, But I appreciate him trying. Considering the expense and lack of availability I will never purchase another Chimney system from a big box store again or another DuraVent Product. Thank You for your efforts Dan.

We purchased a fireplace from Friendly Fires and just recently had it installed. The level of professionalism, service and knowledge that we received from all the associates was impeccable. From the minute we walked into the store - right up to the 2 gentlemen that came to our home to complete the installation, we were very impressed!
