Cobourg Medical Centre provides quality care with a team of skilled healthcare professionals, including Dr. Sabitini and Dr. Xi. While phoning for an appointment can be challenging, the centre offers a personal touch and positive outcomes. The reception staff, including Tara, are friendly and helpful, making the experience less stressful for patients.
Dr. Emma Smith quite literally stepped in and changed my life. She was not my OB/GYN throughout most of my pregnancy, but when my regular doctor went on leave near the end, Dr. Smith took over during what became an incredibly dangerous and traumatic childbirth. From the moment she stepped in, I felt truly seen, heard, and cared for. Her calm presence, expertise, and decisiveness during a critical situation made all the difference and helped get me through one of the hardest experiences of my life.

Dr KANAGESWAREN is an AMAZING doctor!!! He takes the time to listen and explain things so I can understand, and very thorough.
He takes time to call about results in evening to save me time. And even helped a family member during their rough time, when they couldn't get there, by taking time to call few times that week to help, and advocate for the specialists who needed to see them sooner. Going above and beyond to help.
The only doc that does evening clinics there.
Calling to reach reception is a different matter, often difficult to get through. They're busy.
I have has good experiences with both the Nurse Practioner and Dr. Sabitini. Phoning for an appointment can be frustrating so i go there personally and am happy to see the NP first with positive outcomes.
