We had a water line break in our basement that flooded the bathroom, rec room and spare bedroom. The flooring and several walls were damaged. Our insurance company contacted Helfertys who responded immediately. They were very quick to remove all the damage and get the basement dried up. We stayed with Helfertys for the restoration process and are very pleased with the result. They were very responsive and professional.
