We had a water line break in our basement that flooded the bathroom, rec room and spare bedroom. The flooring and several walls were damaged. Our insurance company contacted Helfertys who responded immediately. They were very quick to remove all the damage and get the basement dried up. We stayed with Helfertys for the restoration process and are very pleased with the result. They were very responsive and professional. Their contractors did a wonderful job and the entire process went smoothly. Helferty’s were an awesome company to deal with! We put in a claim at noon on a Friday and it just so happened they were in the area and had drying apparatus set up due to a flood by 3pm the same day! Jeremy Gagnon was our single point of contact through the whole process and he was very professional! Always a call or text away and very prompt and ontop of things. Would recommend their service 100%. Give that Jeremy guy a raise!!
