I hope everyone gets an amazing employee named Stephanie, she’s been here the last few months since my building switched companies. I’ve been struggling and fighting these things for almost 7 months now, and this wonderful women has helped me with so much. Not just with my circumstances and working as a team to get rid of these buggers, but with my mental health getting through all this.
She is so sweet and understanding, and she’s given me amazing advice to help me stay afloat with all of this. If it wasn’t her, I don’t think I’d have any faith in this or any other pest control company anymore.

I would like to sincerely appreciate Mitch for his outstanding support and professionalism. He is always polite, respectful, and genuinely helpful. What really stands out is his responsiveness and commitment, regardless of whether he is officially on duty.
This Friday evening(May1st), we had an urgent rodent issue that couldn’t wait until Monday. I called Mitch, and without hesitation, he reassured me and said he would be there within 30 minutes. True to his word, he arrived quickly, spent over 45 minutes setting up traps, giving us proper guidance, and even fixing a few additional issues.
