The Chatham-Kent Outreach for Hunger is a great food bank! They are currently providing people with groceries once every six weeks. They generally give a very hearty selection of food, including canned goods, fresh vegetables, frozen meat and bread. They also switch up what you get based on how their donations have gone, which can get you some interesting things to eat. My favorite time so far was when they gave out the big containers of protein powder!Thanks for everything you guys do, the community thanks you!
