Due to language barrier she rudely told me I'm not explaining the entire tax process to you when she didn't understand all I was asking for was the File of your documents you get from them in a pkg at the end of tax appt.
Also H&R helped me do a re-assessment of taxes, my first and the CRA didn't have my document support so I asked if they reached out to her to get them as H&R deals with CRA for you regarding the taxes they filed. I told her they already paid me hence why I asked did they reach out and her response was they can take up to 8 weeks to re-review when I told her they already did and paid me again in a second email...read full review
