As first-time home buyers and had no idea where to start. But luckily, we found Tanya and Chris. They were so patient with us and explained everything so well. Tanya was great at explaining all the things we needed to know about purchasing our first home and giving great tips when looking at homes.
Throughout our home-buying process, Chris was incredibly communicative. He promptly answered calls and emails, keeping us informed about every development. His ability to clearly explain complex contract details was particularly helpful.
It was easy for us to choose Tanya and her team to sell our house. She helped us to find our current house ten years ago. In fact we listed our place this year on exactly the same date that we purchased it.
