I had my final appointment today with Naval Shah for a torn hamstring . He was wonderful , very professional and friendly . My healing was faster than I expected thanks to his treatment and exercises , he even worked on my arthritic hip and gave me exercises to help that . If I ever need physio again I will certainly request Naval .

I wish to express my thanks to Back On track Physiotherapy, Carleton Place location, for address ing a "seniors on a ladder' incident that left me with a damaged and painful rotator cuff. After several sessions, I've regained about 80% of movement and abilities and hope to extend this improvement even more by doing exercises at home, as prescribed by physiotherapist, Naval Shah.
