Went to pick up a vacuum head for my pool. Went in and oh no they sold the last one. That's ok the lady was a great help explaining to me about the hotubs she then sold me some shock with a clarifier that wood clear up some of the foggy water.
Always love the great customer service and support. Saved yet again by the amazing staff. The family is happy that our new pump is up and running just in time for the nice weather again. The most happy family member being the Dog. Again thank you for everything even answering messages after hours. Truly amazing!
I had a great experience with Above & Beyond. After the winter thaw, I noticed my pool liner was ripped in multiple places. I went to their store and Glen showed me how to patch it and gave me liner samples to use as patches. Unfortunately, there were just too many tears.
I asked for a quote for a new liner and heater with installation. The owner Ian contacted me directly and went over the specifics of the project.
Once, I ok'd the project, Cindy quarterbacked the whole thing from their office amazingly. There were a couple of delays beyond their control but most importantly they called each time to keep me updated with information.... read full review
