They kept changing our address so all our government mail went to our neighbours and I would go into the CRA and change it back, for me and my spouse. I told them multiple times our correct address and they kept changing it anyways? Caused a bunch of drama with our neighbours. As for the taxes sure they got them done but our address was changed multiple times without our consent. We switched companies and the problem stopped.
If you are self employed I would think twice of using them. They clearly do not care, have a very high staff turnover, assign staff accountants unsupervised who do not have CPAs and make significant errors, while the partner is often too busy to respond to emails. They are very unprofessional, unethical and should be sanctioned by CPA Ontario.
