We started sending large pumps here for rebuild and repair, that morphed into motors, which is now morphing into gearboxes and kiln components. Shop is good, sales guy is available and helpful. They take rushes seriously, and start to stock parts for common failures for you. They've got very large ovens for the motor rewinds, large dip tanks for pump leak checks, and 3D printing capabilities as well.
I have a large installation underway at our facility and due to unforeseen space requirements we needed to move a wrapping machine to accommodate the install.
The machine needed to be moved quickly as it was required for production. The last time it was moved it took about 5 days.
At the drop of a hat, Yvon was on site and ready to assist. We discussed a plan to relocate the machine that worked for our schedule, 2 days max. Yvon arranged for his foreman Eric to come to site the following morning to verify the plan, make some drawings and build a materials list.
