Very lazy works they take brake 20 minutes before the actual brake time starts so if you get there just half hour before the brake be prepared to wait for 1 hour at least for someone to start loading or unloading!!
Worst place to work in ALL of kitchener, Cambridge, waterloo area. HORRIBLE HR company! They break employees rights and laws regularly as well as having dozens of grievances that aren’t being dealt with, as well as grievances going into arbitration, they don’t care about worker safety, the list goes on and on. The company should be closed down and should be replaced with ANYTHING ELSE. negative 5 stars for this place:)
I have worked with Tenneco for over 13 years. I applaud their commitment to the Cambridge facility and the Jobs they create and keep in Canada. They are in a tough industry, but the management team works hard to be efficient and profitable so they can remain in the Cambridge Community. Just think how many people would be without work if Tenneco was not here in Ontario.
