TargetBox Container Rentals & Sales is a family owned and operated business committed to top-quality service and unparalleled customer care. Reviews highlight it as the best, most efficient, friendly, and flexible service, noting it is affordable and hassle-free. Customers report a pleasure to deal with from the first phone call, with very competitive prices for containers. The service is seamless, easy, and reliable, with quick and responsive communication. Deliveries are scheduled around customer needs, with drivers ensuring happy placement. The containers themselves are described as professional-looking, clean, and nice. The company is recommended for on-site storage at construction sites, for moves, and for simplifying storage needs. Many customers state they would definitely and 100% recommend TargetBox.
They are very friendly and polite. They asked how we wanted the container placed and followed instructions professionally. The container is amazing and has been perfect for us preparing to move. Being able to take boxes outside to the container when necessary beats stacking boxes in the house until we have enough to load a truck, drive to a storage place, and carry them inside to store. I would highly recommend this company, not to mention the process preference.
Exceptional customer service today from Emma! I got a return call the same day and a quote as well. She thoroughly explained the process and I had a special request and she said they could accommodate for that and gave me the pricing to drop off at another location. I was able to get delivery quickly and will be working out the contract details with Karen tomorrow. 🙂👍👍
Amazing service, great people to work with.
