Ben was immediately welcoming,
reassuring, and had good humour. He fixed my engagement ring in only three days and when I went to pick it up, it was sparkling and looks brand new. Couldn’t be happier with my experience. Highly recommend to go with small local shops as opposed to the big box stores!
