My husband and I had the best experience at Sarmazian flooring this evening. Raffi helped my husband with a transition strip he has been looking for forever. So while he was being looked after I decided to look at some area rugs. Teresa came over to check in on me while I looked at them. She put a rug on hold for us until tomorrow as they were near closing. We will definitely be back to morrow to buy 2 of them. I wish to applaud my experience with Sarmazian’s in Cambridge. This was due in whole to a number of people but in main to Therese Hanna, she was a bright light attentive to what we needed and wanted. She was more than helpful and more importantly honest. I would also like to applaud to the two guys that installed the floor. It was more than just an install; they were focused on details as if they were installing the floor in their own home. I got all of this and a great floor.
