Locked my keys in my car and Jake was there quickly and efficiently opened my door in under a minute. He was able to provide us a very reasonable rate which we were not expecting, locksmiths can be pricy. His service was incredible professional, fast and compassionate and I'd recommend Jake and this team any day!
My partner accidentally locked her keys in the car when we stopped for breakfast. She was stressed, but I called Pop-A-Lock and they sent their technician, Jake. By the time we were done eating, Jake was already waiting beside the car.
He gave me a call when he arrived, was incredibly professional, and had the car unlocked in under 30 seconds. He clearly knew exactly what he was doing and turned a stressful moment into one of relief and gratitude.
