I just wanted to say thank you to Joe who's the owner of Pinewood who spent a considerable amount of time trying to find me the right air conditioner and was patient enough to answer all my questions. It's nice to know there are still places that offer a little TLC to their customers.

Needed 2 furnaces checked at my rental apartment. Joe was very responsive, offered an appointment right away, and called when the tech was en route. Tyler and his helper were friendly and thorough, despite the heat and the long weekend in sight.The office billed quickly, efficiently and I was quite pleased with the price.Definitely recommend.
