“I have a long term, chronic disability due to some autoimmune shenanigans. I’ve had a lot of physiotherapy, massage, etc. in a variety of settings over the past two decades.Last year I decided to start treatment at Rebuild. I’ve mostly worked with RMT Sarah Sue-Ping. Sarah is the best RMT I’ve worked with. She’s excellent at what she does, attentive and concerned with your wellbeing and experience. Her space is comfortable and clean. She’s also bright (in both senses of the word), friendly and just a darn good person to spend time with.I feel very happy about the reductions in pain and gains in mobility she has helped me reach and I’m finally optimistic about managing my condition and further improving it.The whole facility is spacious, well organized, and clean. Sarah at the front desk is always friendly and helpful. Eric has done a great job. He is also an excellent physiotherapist and does a passable Arnold impression.This is a great environment in which to get your physio on and I’m very happy I decided to start coming here.“

“Horrible, horrible vertigo from an accident I had. I was AMAZED at how ONE treatment reduced the vertigo over 50%. I was being treated by my physiotherapist at home for the injury and, no shade to them, they did amazing work on the physical injury, but Nathan specializes in Vestibular treatment and my physiotherapist wasnt making any inroads with the vertigo. It took Nathan four treatments because I had bilateral vertigo and I am good to go back to work! I highly recommend Nathan and the team at Lifemark!
