I brought my car into Midas they looked at my car reviewed the problem and didn't charge me for the balancing and labor it took to find the problem I really appreciate those guys they are so professional thanks by this I will see you again

I recently visited Midas Cambridge for a muffler noise check, and I couldn't be happier with the service! The owner was incredibly professional and conducted the first inspection promptly. He took the time to explain what parts needed replacement and provided a clear breakdown of the costs.
What impressed me most was their extensive inventory; they were able to replace the necessary parts in just 30 minutes! Unlike other service stations, they didn’t overcharge or push for unnecessary services or upsells. The quick and reliable service made the entire experience stress-free. Wow! So impressed with these guys! As a girl going into a random shop I'm never sure what I'll get but I have a background in automotive so it's always interesting to see what happens. These guys got me in 3 minutes after calling, identified the problem correctly in 5 minutes and had the parts ordered and repair done within the hour and even discounted the cost from the original quote. Stand up guys totally forthcoming and did not try to upsell anything. I'll definitely be back! Thanks!!
