They quickly diagnosed the issue and relayed what needed to be done, parts that needed ordering, and a realistic timeframe needed to fix my car. As they repaired my car they realized a part that they ordered did not need to be change, instead of replacing the part, they removed the cost and were very open with only changing what needed to be fix.
